He walked me to the prep area, explained the situation to Melissa, and she promptly had Chad remake my salad on the house! Their exceptional customer service, despite it being my mistake, was impressive and left a lasting impression. The dining room was also spotless. I'll definitely be back - thanks for making my evening, Melissa, Chad, and Andrew! 🌟
