Tried to stop by in the morning to grab breakfast on my way into work. Placed a mobile order, it went through, went to the drive thru. Waited 10 minutes for no one to answer. Ended up cancelling my order. I drove away but peaked in and saw there were people inside. If you’re not going to be doing breakfast someone could’ve told me through the drive thru. And why would it let me order on the app if I couldn’t get breakfast. So confused and disappointed.

I completed my order with the app, so little room for error on what I wanted. The food itself I received tonight was OK, But:
- No straw with my drive through order
- No napkins with my drive through order
- My M&M Mcflurry was changed to an Oreo one, and it wasn't even mixed! Just oreo crumbs dumped on top of vanilla ice cream.
I'm thankful my food was at least edible given the other reviews. But is that really the bar????

Now I understand why their reviews are so bad. The Spanish manager this location is hideous. She charged me 1.59 for a small cup of water. I got a wrap and McRib. As I received my order I asked if I can have a cup of hot water. She said, she has to charge me. So I said, ok then she charged as a small coffee. I told her it is coffee not water. But she said, it is water with coffee, smh.
They don’t even have the item to key in for water because most places DONT CHARGE hot water for coffee price!!! Geez, either she doesn’t know between coffee and water or she just wants to make money for the owner, I honestly don’t know. But the bottom line is their service sucks with very unprofessional personnel as a manager. Who does that? Not recommend! Go elsewhere! I saw a couple of customer just exited. I hope the owner or corporate review my review and asked her the difference between hot coffee water and just plain water.
