  Hamburger was old an hard as a hockey puck the fries were warm....the frappe was probably the best part

  Now I understand why their reviews are so bad. The Spanish manager this location is hideous. She charged me 1.59 for a small cup of water. I got a wrap and McRib. As I received my order I asked if I can have a cup of hot water. She said, she has to charge me. So I said, ok then she charged as a small coffee. I told her it is coffee not water. But she said, it is water with coffee, smh. They don’t even have the item to key in for water because most places DONT CHARGE hot water for coffee price!!! Geez, either she doesn’t know between coffee and water or she just wants to make money for the owner, I honestly don’t know. But the bottom line is their service sucks with very unprofessional personnel as a manager. Who does that? Not recommend! Go elsewhere! I saw a couple of customer just exited. I hope the owner or corporate review my review and asked her the difference between hot coffee water and just plain water.

  I stopped here a few times doing door dash. The Hispanic women are so rude. The door dash app ask us to confirm for the customer if the drinks are there. They give such an attitude and rude response for me simply asking. Are the drinks in? The bag feels light, the customer writes a note and door dash reminds us to confirm this. If the bag is sealed we have no way of knowing thay drinks are there. Its a simply question. They are also very slow, very rarely I go here and just pick up and go. 90% of the time I have to wait on the order, as it's just being prepared when I arrive. I wouldn't eat there as a customer just because of the employees. A few of the younger African American guys are very mannerly. But the Hispanic women there, and what appears to be the supervisors, not line staff. Are very unprofessional when dealing with non Hispanics/Spanish speaking people

  I’ve never felt compelled to write a review for a fast food restaurant before, but I love this location. I’ve been coming here 1-2x a week for 2 years and I’ve literally never had a bad experience. Food is always fresh and the drive thru line always moves quickly. Employees are friendly. All McDonald’s are NOT created equal, and this is one of the good ones.
