  I just left the Brookwood location. I spent my lunch break in the drive thru. I was told that the system was down. I had ti get back to work. No food. Combo fixed and in the bag. Manager had the worker tio get soda back. I didn't want anything free bur he didn't even acknowledge that 20mins was my time had been wasted. Did he resale my combo? The manager did not think enough of me as a customer that he saw sitting there to apologize or say anything. I will never return to this location. You just lost a faithful customer.

  I came into this location last night in high hopes that I would receive great service and food that I had been craving for weeks . It was about 8:45 When I walked to the door one of the workers mouthed Damn I proceeded to enter and the manager on duty stated they were closed . They had already started packing up I was disappointed he went on to say he would give me a credit for another time . I didn’t care for the credit but since he offer I agreed. He asked for all my information just for me to come in today to a total different location and not have anything . I’m highly upset if you don’t want to work why even apply to give poor customer service .

  How hard is it to follow simple directions? No mayo doesn't mean extra. How do you repeat and key in no mayo and still manage to mess it up? It wouldnt be so bad if it was first time this has happened. It's happened the last 3 times. I don't even know I came back. I know you said you don't like your job, but don't take your displeasure out on your customers.

  This jimmy John’s has consistently good service. They’re all fast so that’s no big deal but the people behind the counter have been friendly and fun.
