  me and my mother decided to come here one evening just on the way home. I got a refresher and she wanted to get a hot latte. They told her that they weren't able to make hot drinks, only iced. I found this weird because I would think there would be a sign that says that. I think the employees already had been cleaning up and didn't want to dirty stuff again. Also the person at the window had an attitude. If you don't like your job , find a new one ! Definitely won't be coming to this location again.

  I usually have a pleasant experience but recently i have had a bad experiences with rude employees, specifically one. She speaks to you rudely and makes unnecessary comments like it bothers them that you are there trying to enjoy your drink. I don’t understand working if you hate your job that much if it bothers you that there are customers. I sat there for a while and heard her making comments about being there and about what i’d order. I wouldn’t bother coming to this place if it hires people who act like that and that can’t seem to act like an adult. They won’t make you feel welcomed 👎

  Went to the drive thru and they told me card only payments. I went home and got my cards because I was going To use Apple Pay. I come back and now they say cash only. So frustrating.

  Customer service in the drive thru is trash. Busted 1/7 at 5:20pm
