Stopped there for lunch and ordered the fish sandwich that was on promotion. Unfortunately, I receive my food and my sandwich was ice cold. The manager on duty, Miss Quinn rendered the best customer service ever. She was eager to correct the problem immediately while an employee was talking loudly from the back telling her to have me do a survey because Arby’s needed a new microwave. I mean at the end of the day why make that a me problem while your manager is trying to correct an issue. This gentleman definitely has no clue on customer service and should never be allowed in the front of the house of any restaurant.
Ordered online, went to pick up, location is out of roast beef, also here are some cold fries. First and last time I go to Arby's. I guess "We" don't "Have The Meats!". BUMS
Nice place clean workers where friendly and the food was made good tasted really good

This is the best Arbys in my area The managers are awesome Joel you are the best they make the best Gyros in my area I have been to the Arbys on chapel hill road what they serve does not compare to what this location serves .this location cares about having customers return that's what it's all about it takes managers caring and employees caring this location has that going on Thank you Joel,Stacy,Johnathan for actually coming to work and caring about what your customers are served . Please keep up the great customer service and quality of food you serve

Horrible, stopped for some lunch for 3 people, these places are really skimping on the food, cold and tasteless, the curly fries were horrible, how can they mess them up, most of the food went in the trash, so disappointed, will not return, asked for drinks with no ice, they made them with ice had to argue to get that fixed. Just not what it used to be
