  I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an order placed yesterday at your location. We ordered two 10-piece chicken nugget meals one was spicy and a regular nugget (totaling $18.99) with a Coke (no ice) and a Strawberry Fanta (no ice). We were waiting in the drive-thru in a white Genesis, and after being asked to pull forward and wait for our food to be brought out, the quality we received was unacceptable. By the time the food reached us, it was not fresh. Because we weren't feeling well and the traffic was heavy, we weren't able to turn around immediately to bring it back, and unfortunately, the food went uneaten. Because we paid for fresh meals and did not receive them fresh , Order Detail • Date: [April 24,2026]• Total paid : $18.99• Items: Two 10-pc Nugget MealsI look forward to having better meals next time

  Thought I would grab dinner for the family after driving 3 hours of driving from vacation. Pull in and they say the drive through is closed and that I would have to come inside and order. So I go inside and you have to order at the 3 kiosks they have and there are 3 lines. Short story I left. The Wendy's on Riverwatch is much faster and the staff is polite and the frosty machine works! I'll give them 5 stars.

  There’s a 99.9% chance your order will be wrong and a 100% chance that your fries will be cold at this location, never going back!

  Spent 28.00. Two Tea’s were old/spoiled we had to pour them out. Fries were old and sandwiches were nothing like shown on picture. I thought after my bad experience last year I would give them another experience. Waste of money
