  Never done business at this location needlessly to say will not again either, placed a delivery order online took well over a hr once it left the store to get it and I was on 17 minutes away. Then arrived over cooked

  Tried ordering, waited an hour. Called the store to find out that somehow I hungup on the driver despite never communicating with anyone. Why be a pizza hut if you don't want to sell pizza?

  We order from here via delivery quite often and normally never have a problem... until today. My husband placed an order for delivery while at work for me and our daughter around 6pm. The ETA was stated to be around 642pm. 718pm comes around and there's still no delivery. My husband calls for an update and he's told that the person is about to leave with the pizza now. He called back at 743pm and was placed on hold for 15min. He hung up and called back at 8pm and was told again that the delivery person is about to leave with the order. Still no delivery. He called back at 843pm and again was placed on hold. He hung up and called back and was told by some girl on the phone "well we're busy, so...". He then asked to speak to a manager and was told she's busy so he'll need to call back. It is now 916pm, still no delivery. He went to the establishment in person and was offered to either wait for the order to be made or a refund. This was absolutely insane. No type of customer service whatsoever. Maybe it's a new staff on tonight, but that shouldn't determine whether service is going to be good or not.

  Do not order here! 80 minute wait despite told it would be 30 minutes. Hard, inedible, incorrectly made food. Horrible service. All 5-star ratings are employees or friends of theirs. I used to work at Pizza places and I know nothing they did was correct. A waste of $50+ as it all went in the trash. Way to ruin a 4 year old child's requested Birthday Meal. Guess it was time for her to learn about how horrible customer service can sink. 🙄 1. Food ordered at 8:20p, spent $53.50. 2. Wait time 30-45 minutes & delivery to arrive at 9:06p at latest (Which was fine). 3. At 8:56p, received a text that food was on the way. 4. At 9:33p, called store to inquire where food was as we live 2.4 miles or 5 minutes from this location. Told the food had not left the store. It "has been ready & they 'guessed' they would go ahead & send the driver?" 5. Food arrived at 9:40p - Cold, burned pizzas with hard/unbreakable bread on both. - Missing toppings, cut horribly, holes in pizza. - ZERO butter/garlic crust which was the ONLY reason 4yr old wanted this as her Birthday Meal (she saw a commercial for the "New Hand tossed Pizza with buttery garlic crust.") - Uncut cheese bread - Hard boneless chicken wings ☆ $53.50 for food that was inedible, thrown in the garbage, & we ended up eating ham sandwiches as my daughter's birthday meal due to the incompetence/negligence of this establishment. We had to "celebrate" with ham sandwiches since the food was so late in being delivered because everything else was closed! This was with a $6.99 delivery fee & 20% tip on the $35 of inedible food we threw away, that arrived 80 minutes after ordered, which was 35-45 minutes later than the promised arrival time. ☆Birthday meal ruined for a 4-year-old-child. ☆ Parents disgusted with the whole ordeal & shocked this location is still in business with service like this. We had stopped using this location years ago (as in pre-fire/renovation) because of service issues. We caved to order here as a treat for our child's requested Birthday Meal ONLY because we saw positive reviews recently on google and hoped it had gotten better. Expectation Adjusted Wrightsboro Road Pizza Hut, we now see that nothing has changed but the building. We will be submitting this to corporate, calling to speak to management, and escalating to owners if necessary. This is unacceptable!

  Reply to "Pizza Hut Owner"... but do you appreciate the feedback enough to refund the $53.50 that was thrown in the garbage for the inedible food?... THAT'S THE REAL QUESTION? Are you ready & willing to put your money where your mouth is and take a hit in the wallet until you correct the staffing issues, quality issues, and delivery issues??? 1.
