  They have roaches. While my husband was going to be sat I went into the restroom. As I was coming back, in the hallway where the cart of the takeout boxes are, I saw something crawling. A German cockroach crawling in front of me. I was disgusted and went to inform the front of house staff. A blonde male and blonde female, the male immediately shrugged and expressed his indifference, the female just stared at me. After again expressing how disgusting that was, he said “I’ll find it” like what?. The female said something along the lines of okay thanks. These employees were not phased which implies they are aware of pest issues. I ended up walking away and out of there as fast as I could. Couldn’t believe they didn’t even seem surprised/phased and didn’t even ask me WHERE, but he’s going to find it right? He also implied that it must’ve come in with a big group that just walked out. WHAT? It was a German cockroach, which means there’s more, which means they’re aware and it’s probably in the kitchen where they make everyone’s food. Truly disgusting. This was on Monday, April 27th at around 7-8pm. I have a picture I managed to take quickly while the roach was walking away.

  Food was cold and not that good. Kitchen staff just couldn't get the orders prepared right. I only been here about 3 times and never had a great experience!

  I ordered a 6 oz sirloin steak. It was tough. I couldn't eat it. Waitress ordered another one & I cut it up & brought it with me. I just had to throw each cut up piece in the trash as it was just as bad if not worse than the first one. Won't be going back as I didn't like spending $18 for something that wasn't edible. The meat is a horrible cut.

  I just had the worst experience at Outback and it’s my birthday. My order was wrong and my steak was so pink and I asked for well done it took thirty minutes for someone to check on us and when he took the steak back it came back by itself and I asked for mashed potatoes and they gave me fries and the broccoli was so hard. They took all my food and brought me back a steak and that’s all. I would not recommend especially for your special day. Check out the picture that is not well done.

  Had lunch with friends yesterday and Lorina was AMAZING! She was so sweet and happy to take care of us. Told us she hasn’t been here long but still managed to recommend some items and drinks! That girl needs more than 2 tables she’s fantastic
