  Ordered 2 burgers, 2 small fries, and 2 small 4 count nuggets: -One burger was missing, other was incorrect and smashed in the bag -Fries were uncooked and spilled in the bag -Nuggets weren't hot and spilled in the bag -Despite the bag having a big number 4 to indicate the parking spot we were in, the worker went from car to car asking "Is this yours?" -No receipt was given -Restaurant does not appear on the McDonalds' app to open a Refund order.

  I visited the Wheeler rd Mcdonalds drive thru this morning. Christine took my order and was extremely nice and patient as I decided on what to order. She said " my pleasure" at the end of my order and that reminded me of Chick fil a of course. When I got to the window to pay for my order , I complimented her on her customer service. I picked up my order at the second window and spoke with Misha and she was just as nice as well. I made sure their manager knew about their customer service and advised the manager to make sure all other associates are trained that way as well.

  I ordered on the mobile app in the parking space during a rush hour. They finished their rush and got me my food within 3 minutes. Completely fresh fries, gave me a couple extra sauce packets, and were super sweet to me after a hard day. Thank you ❤️

  i never write reviews but this experience was highly disappointing and definitely one of the worst locations ive been to, i really hope this reaches someone. me and my boyfriend ordered through the mobile app. we got an oreo shamrock mcflurry with fudge, a shamrock shake, an orange juice, and fries. the woman at the drive through was incredibly rude. first of all she basically shoved the fries and mcflurry at my boyfriend and quickly said “have a nice day” and right before she shut the window my boyfriend had to ask for the shake. she did the exact same thing again, shoved the shake at my boyfriend. he had to stop her to ask for straws. one straw. no spoon. my boyfriend and i were already annoyed so we waited until we made it to a store down the road to eat. i offered him the one straw to eat his mcflurry and turns out thats not even what it was. it was just a sundae. so we went back up there asking for the right thing and they gave us a shitty shamrock mcflurry without the fudge he paid extra for and at that point we were just done. please go to any other mcdonalds.
