  They need more staff; the wait was excessive. They also need to train their staff to communicate when a machine is broken and offer alternatives. In my case, the coffee machine was broken. The strawberry and banana smoothie was awful—more ice than fruit.

  This place is going down hill the workers don't want to work and there customer service is real bad I want eat there no more they made me dislike McDonald's

  Ordered a 10 piece meal, quarter pounder with no onions and a mcchicken with no lettuce. and oh where do i begin with this awful experience. Firstly it took 9 minutes to recieve my order, which in all fairness, I've had worse. Then my quarter pounder had extra onions instead of none like i requested plus the burger was overcooked and crunchy for some reason. The McChicken was made correctly. unfortunately it tastes old and rubbery. Fries were (as usual) old and crunchy as well Nuggets were also overcooked and were to crunchy. overall just a terrible experience. and you would figure with the time waited it would mostly be fresh cooked food. but no, just McDonald's going further down its own hole

  Of all the McDonald's in Augusta, this one rates near the bottom. Orders are rarely right, attitudes leave a lot to be desired. Double check your orders before you leave or you'll be making a return trip. If there was anywhere else to grab a quick bite in the immediate area, I'd have never stopped there!
