  I was very disappointed by my visit here recently. I placed a mobile order for pickup through the drive-thru. I requested a sweet tea and was given unsweet, there was no salt on the fries, they forgot to give my son the requested sauce for his nuggets, and there wasn't a single napkin in the bag. We will plan to avoid this location in the future.

  Took 50 minutes to get my food on my hour long lunch break. Was ignored until I said something after they had been asking everyone else what their order was.

  I JUST PURCHASED AN 80PC CHICKEN NUGGET AND 4 LARGE FRIES. 40OF MY NUGGETS ARE MISSING AND THE FOOD IS COLD I HAVE CONSTANTLY CALLED THE STORE NUMBER 8 TIMES BACK TO BACK AND NO ONE ANSWER JUST KEEPS GOING TO VOICEMAIL THIS IS VERY UPSETTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR BACK FROM SOMEONE ASAP IM ALSO CALLING COOPERATE OFFICE

  Went through the drive thru for breakfast. They were busy, but the line was moving steadily. I ordered a sausage McMuffin and 2 hashbrowns. They asked me to pull forward at the drive thru and wait for a couple hashbrowns. I sat in the drive thru for 25 min waiting on two hashbrowns and when they FINALLY brought the food out (the worker was on a personal call on her cell phone btw) it was the wrong order. It took them another 5min or so before they came back out with the correct order. I’m just thankful I didn’t have anywhere to go otherwise I would have been late. As expensive as everything is these days, poor service is NOT acceptable. Ever.
