The only reason this location was selected was because of the Restaurant Health Inspection score of 100. Now, I just realized while typing up this review that was from April 15, 2025. The food service establishment is due for an inspection. I placed my order at 3:34 PM EST. The app stated my food would be ready in 10 minutes at 3:44 PM EST. I didn't receive my order until 4:05 PM EST. The restaurant is in need of someone to clean the place. I noticed the nozzle on the soda fountain needed repair.
DoorDash orders were priority over everyone in the lobby. I watched the lady upfront with the nose rings take her time making sure those orders were right. The Caucasian manager didn't seem pleased she had to work that evening. I tried to bring an allergen to the manager but she blew me off like it wasn't a big deal. We ordered six different meals total $93 and all the food was stuffed in four bags. Apparently, customers have to call and tell them they want separate bags. The location was out of Sprite for some reason. I had to ask for my drinks because the manager had no intention on giving me my cups.
The Caucasian manager had an attitude and doesn't know how to expedite. We had an item that was left out of our order even though she ensured everything was in the bag. There is another manager whom I've interacted with that didn't carry a chip on her shoulder. The food quality was extremely poor boneless wings seemed to be reheated and dropped back into the grease. My bone-in wings were fried hard. I experienced abdominal pain possible food poisoning after eating here never again. I'd suggest you walk down the strip to Huey Magoo's where they have a friendly atmosphere, great customer service, and delicious food!

These wings were cooked too hard and long. I love wings, but you people put a whole new meaning to ruining wings. Be careful at this place. I will never, never eat wings here again. I get the name Wingstop. Do not stop for wings here.

Customer service is horrible at this location. I observed a worker picking food up of the floor and putting it in the trash and not washing there hands. Got home and seen I had the wrong wings. Call down there and got a attitude from the caller. Never again will I eat at this location

This is a horrible to order from. Received my food cold and everyone had an attitude problem. I would not recommend this location until they clean up the staff. More than 6 people cooking at night and I received my door dash order cold
