  I go here pretty often. I feel like they've been great with my orders most of the time. Just hope they will make sure to really blend those smoothies to its fullest because a few times I had some chunky ones (gross). Other than that, solid place.

  I took my daughter and niece to get smoothies and it was very busy. I’m a regular at anytime so the crew knows me when I walk in. We received extraordinary customer service and extremely good vibes thanks to Rajah who was on the cash register this time! The rest of the crew were working very efficiently as well. By the time we finished ordering, our smoothies were coming right up. Thanks for all the hard work everyone!

  This location always serves me Delicious smoothies and wraps!! 🥰 I was Extremely excited to have tasted the new smoothies. So so good and healthy!!! 😊 😋💕 Friendly and helpful customer service too. 🎉

  The one thing I do not like about this place is you can come into the store to place an order and instead of them working on your order since your already there waiting they work on online orders of people that hasn't even arrived yet to pick up there order stood here for almost 10 minutes waiting.... That's just ridiculous... Sometimes people that come into the store has places to go not to just stand there waiting for them to complete other orders. If that's the case they need to have someone one working on online orders and someone working on in house orders

  The system Tropical Smoothie has in place is flawed for making certain that a person receives their entire order when using Door Dash. I ordered 3 Greek yogurt bowls and two turkey bacon ranch sandwiches on ciabatta bread last night and only received the sandwiches. Door Dash issued a credit for the bowls not received. I decided to use my credit today and ordered the same thing, this time I received the 3 Greek yogurt bowls but not the sandwiches. I reached out to the Dasher and learned he was handed my order. I called the store several times as the Dasher was willing to go back for the missing part of my order because he was in that area and guess what? No one answered the phone! I’ve called several times and still no answer. A manager is supposed to answer calls. It’s unbelievable that my order was messed up both times. I don’t recommend.
