That's just ridiculous... Sometimes people that come into the store has places to go not to just stand there waiting for them to complete other orders. If that's the case they need to have someone one working on online orders and someone working on in house orders

I ordered 3 Greek yogurt bowls and two turkey bacon ranch sandwiches on ciabatta bread last night and only received the sandwiches. Door Dash issued a credit for the bowls not received. I decided to use my credit today and ordered the same thing, this time I received the 3 Greek yogurt bowls but not the sandwiches. I reached out to the Dasher and learned he was handed my order. I called the store several times as the Dasher was willing to go back for the missing part of my order because he was in that area and guess what? No one answered the phone! I’ve called several times and still no answer. A manager is supposed to answer calls. It’s unbelievable that my order was messed up both times. I don’t recommend.
