I’m tired of them forgetting my drink all the time because they can’t be bothered to actually pay attention to the order they’re filling. Then I have to stand up there and wait for someone, usually, to rudely address me as if I don’t belong in there. Also, how unprofessional for a manager to be yelling at employees to where customers can hear them. I don’t care about your walk in fridge.

I came in to ask about refilling a drink I had purchased, and the manager on duty spoke to me in a very rude and unprofessional manner. Instead of explaining the policy politely, she raised her voice and made me feel unwelcome. I understand if refills aren’t allowed apparently, that’s fine, but the way I was treated was unacceptable. I hope upper management reviews how this location handles customer interactions because no one deserves to be talked to that way.
