  I don’t understand how someone could put this out of their kitchen… this is 2 chicken cheesy burritos btw, completely burned together.

  That Guy that was a manager, or on duty on 11/27 around 1:30 am at the drive thru was very rude and unprofessional. This type of behavior makes the company look bad along with poor management. I know it is easy for anyone to get hired at these establishments, but this guy attitude was pathetic and disgusting. Is there a corporate number available?

  Whoever was working Drive thru speaker/window really needs to have her customer service evaluated. That was ridiculous. My family and I pulled up in the drive thru for dinner around 9pm (11/22), and were greeted by a very impatient and very curt employee. Poor attitude throughout our entire time ordering, and just overall seemed like she didn’t want to be there. We pull up to the window, she isn’t wearing a nametag, and carries the same attitude and demeanor while making and handing us our drinks. Then tells us to go park in a mobile pick up spot. 0 customer service skills whatsoever. I understand if you’re having a bad day. I worked in fast food for two years. We all have days like that; but there’s a thing called professionalism, and I’m pretty sure you have to have a small degree of it to work in food service. Food was same as usual, but the service really stood out to me. I know it’s Peach Orchard so the expectation’s aren’t high, but hopefully this review (on top of the MANY others I’ve read about this location) will be brought to managers attention. This is ridiculous. (Side note however, the gentleman who brought us our food was incredibly polite!)
