She listened to my order and actually cared about the presentation of the sub . Diamond was the epitome of customer service as well as quality ! The employees now refuse to cut up the tomatoes and cucumbers — something they’ve always done before. When I asked why, they said, “It’s not required.” That’s lazy, unprofessional, and flat-out ridiculous. Clearly management or ownership made this call, and it proves they don’t care about customers anymore. Cutting a couple of vegetables takes seconds, but they’d rather lose loyal customers than bother. I’ll be making sure all my hospital coworkers and nursing school peers know to stay far away from this place. You’ve officially lost a lot more than just one customer.
