Did a mobile order and this is pathetic….. no lettuce put on, I asked for extra bell peppers and no mayo …. The other two sandwich’s ordered were also loaded down with mayo (trying being a little more light handed)

On the way to work, with everything being closed because of weather I stopped by. Staff was friendly but slow 🐌. Focusing more on call in order than customers standing in front of them. My husband said his tuna wasn't good and my all American had no taste. But overall they were friendly.

Rachel was an excellent worker. She went above and beyond to deliver a great customer experience, Erika was a great help in making my sub exactly how I preferred. Both workers have a positive attitude and welcoming upon arrival.thanks again for the wonderful work you both did.

Today, I arrived as a DoorDash driver at 2:50 PM to pick up an order scheduled for 3:00 PM. The associate, Kenzy, informed me that the order was not yet ready. I took a seat while she finished assisting a customer who was already present. Two additional walk-in customers arrived and were assisted before my order was addressed.
After the walk-in customers were helped, Kenzy began conversing with coworkers rather than preparing my pickup order. At approximately 3:08 PM, I approached the counter to ask how much longer the order would take. She asked for the time, and I informed her that it was 3:08 PM and that my pickup time was 3:00 PM. She responded irritably, stating that their system showed the pickup time as 3:04 PM.
I then showed her my phone to provide clarity on my end, which appeared to upset her and escalate the interaction unnecessarily. I would like management to be aware of this situation, as the interaction felt unprofessional and there was a clear lack of urgency in preparing the pickup order.
