Instead, when I got there, the lobby was closed and I was told to wait in line with everyone placing new orders. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes for what should’ve been a simple pickup, and it made me late to an event the pizzas were for. If the dining area is going to close early, customers should be told upfront when ordering. Really poor organization and communication.
