  Didn’t bother ordering after being disrespected by the employee who answered the phone was asked to please hold and I guess the employee forgot to put me on hold started complaining about the fact that I was even calling in instead of ordering online will not do any business with this location very unprofessional

  Very disappointed. I ordered food tonight totaling over $50 an hour before they advertised closing. It took almost half an hour for any contact to let me know that they were OUT OF DOUGH and could not complete my order (mind you, it was the delivery driver, whom also didn’t find out until they arrived to pick up my order!) Just a very disappointing experience that no one even took the time to reach out or answer the phone when I tried to call for a refund!

  I pre-ordered a pizza this morning for a company lunch, I placed that order to be delivered around 11:45AM (you know around the time people eat lunch) they decided it was a great idea to deliver at 10:30AM over an hour before the requested time. So, when a majority of the people went to eat lunch it was cold, but oh great when we took a bite we realized the pizza was over cooked and it was too late to do anything about it since we had the pizza for over an hour at that point. Honestly don't bother with this place, Papa John's would never treat me this way.

  Your team at this location is wonderful!!! They are helpful and are always in a good spirit.. if I need pizza for anything, I will drive across town just to go to this location. The food is always great and I never have a problem with my order from there. I can tell that the management here takes pride and training their team to have great customer service.

  Arrived at the store and was greeted by a very pleasant employee which was also very helpful on completing my order. While I waited I was amazed at how everyone was working together, it was nice to see staff working hard and enjoying it especially as busy as the store was. They were so attentive on the time the orders were promised to be ready. When any customer came in to pickup their they were asked to look at it to confirm everything was right...as well as myself. Food was great and will return often. Thanks not use to getting this kind of service lately Dennis
