    I’m so tired of paying for extra chicken, an extra anything and never getting it. I just don’t know what you need to do at any Panera’s to get what you pay for. I’m over this.

    Just after 7pm, you got two hours to go, and you run out of baguettes. Fine. I get it. It happens. But you TELL the customer what happened, and ask what other side they would prefer instead. That's NOT what happened. They said nothing to me, and just banked on me being too far away by the time I realized what they had done. I'm beyond pissed! A little respect goes a long way, and that wasn't it!

    Busy place, but I was there at noon. The ordering line moved fairly quickly, but it would have been nice to have a chair or bench while waiting for the order. Food was good and I will likely go back.
