Of the ten or so emails and uses of their own "contact us" link on their website, not one time have they ever responded. Not once. Wouldn't waste a dime on these people, and would not recommend anyone else doing it either. If they can't answer the questions of potential customers, they clearly don't want new customers.

The USDA Prime they offer is incredible, I always get a big prime rib every Christmas and it's my favorite time if the year. This place simply cant be beat. Just make sure you call ahead when 4 days or holidays are coming up to reserve your meat. This place is popular for good reason and they do get sold out fast by the people in the know. Definitely check this place out
