  It's McDonald's so you dont expect much but my order is NEVER right. I order the app and you literally just have to read it and its still never right. Its ridiculous to be a new store smh I will say the staff is nice. Not rude at all. Just orders never right

  Fully digital mcdonalds no service inside, started denying orders due to understaffing. Told me they didnt have mt item made, so i requested a refund, and was told to wait some more while they made it, to prevent having to give me a refund. Go five more minutes down the road to the interstate mcdonalds

  I have been to this location a couple different times on different days and different times of day and it is still the worst service. The employees are extremely rude and impatient when taking an order. The order then is never correct or is ice cold or there is missing items from the bag. Last order i had picked up was so bad we threw over half of it away. Best advice: skip this location entirely and go to the one down by HWY 20. They are WAYYYYYY better.

  I only came to get a fry and it went left. I asked for salt after noticing my fries didn’t have any on it. The young lady at the second window wearing a black jacket, with het hair in a ponytail gave me a handful of salt packets that were wet due with tea spills. I asked her if she could give me some dry salt packets and she instantly got an attitude. The director apologized after I went in and stated he was going to talk with her… yeah right. Just watch how you talk and treat the people going through drive thru because you had the right one tonight. 😉 If you don’t like what you do then get another job. I can careless about you calling the police too. I said what I said and watch how you talk to people because you don’t know who’s crazy and who will walk in the store and come behind the counter.
