  They messed my order up in the drive threw, when I told the light skin young girl at the second window she was very nasty towards me and displayed horrible customer service. All I told her was they forget to ring me up for my Big Mac and she said very aggressively give me the receipt I said I sure will, then she said dollar, she needs to learn how to deal with people. This happened 12/31/2025 8:14 pm.

  If I could give yall negative 100 stars I would! Y’all’s service is horrible! Can definitely tell most of yall didn’t Graduate high school or had any home training. Everytime I’m come here yall are rude , food is stale and cold. But what really set me off is when yall gave me the wrong food and when I came back in to fix it yall were upset about it and when I got the correct food I find a toe nail in my burger??? Like be FR yall are gross I hope whoever did this seriously gets fired. I will no longer come to this location. Especially since apparently they don’t have a manager? It’s like a zoo here . Stay away

  Every single time I have placed an order at this location they take over 30 minutes to make one burger and fries and half the time they won't even let you know it's ready unless you ask, but they act so put out whenever you do ask. I have never received my food fresh/warm from this location, it's always just cold and soggy by time I receive it.

  Service was okay.. Ordered and got through the line pretty quickly. I normally check my food before leaving no matter where I go but I was in a rush and was hoping since it was only a cheeseburger happy meal (everything was okay with this order) and a double filet of fish with extra tartar meal, I figured it would be okay. Sadly, I get home and realized I got jipped a filet.. The sticker on the box says double filet with extra tartar but it was a single filet with extra tartar. I’m mainly just sharing this so hopefully the employees will try to pay closer attention to the orders. I know when it’s busy, sometimes things are hectic but it was around 7pm and the outside line wasn’t that busy, I think maybe 4 other cars were there while we were, so I’m not really sure what happened.
