"Thank you for taking the time to contact McDonald's Customer Care. You may be interested to know that most of our restaurants are locally owned and operated. As independent business owners, policies may vary from one McDonald's to another dependent upon the decision of the individual restaurant leader. We hope to have the opportunity of serving you again soon under the Golden Arches." So basically, between the owner and corporate they are playing a blame game and no one wants to take ownership of anything and they want to toss me around. Thanks but no thanks. Hey mcdonald's help me understand if you say that you're a 24-hour business, why can I not order from 3:00 in the morning to 4:15 when you're switching your meal menus from lunch to breakfast. Also why does it take an hour and 15 minutes for you to switch the menu. Especially since I never experienced this during the hour where you shift from breakfast menu to lunch menu. Why does this only apply now? I'm on my way to work and you are the only thing that's open. I use the term open loosely. Why are you paying employees to just stand around not giving an option for your customers to order? Concerned customer, and thank you for your attention to this matter.
