  Me and my mom had breakfast at this McDonald's this morning on Washington road they had a manager there named Quinton his personality was so delightful he was so professional he was making every customer laugh and smile and made us feel like every single customer mattered the biscuits were a little old and cold but his personality and professionalism made up for it.

  The manager was an absolute jerk. The young man in the window was very obviously new, and still going through training, and she was catching an attitude with him about not having the ticket, when SHE was the one that didnt print out the receipt for him. She snatched drinks out of his hand, and caught an attitude with us, the customers, when we asked for some salt packets and an extra barbecue sauce. "You need to order that when you order your food, it doesnt cost extra." Which is a lie because ive been charged up to $0.75 for extra sauces at this location before. We asked for one extra sauce because they only gave us one sauce for a 10 piece nugget, and salt packets because they NEVER salt the fries.

  Every time I order DoorDash they take 1 hour to 2 hours to deliver my food because the restaurant takes forever to make my food it sad

  Was given moldy food, always told to pull forward. Food is never fresh, employees have attitudes, never worth going. Save yourself time and money and don’t go to this location! Dirty and always guaranteed to make you angry someway somehow! Still have yet to receive money back from corporate (shocker) even after getting a moldy sandwich….
