- ASAubrey Smith3 days ago1.0first they tried to tell me that they were incapable of making my refresher without ice, then my boyfriend explained to them they could just put it in a cup with no ice in it. they did, problem solved. here is where my frustration begins… we ordered 4 donuts, but it was rung up in 2 sets of 2, so we were short 2 donuts. i requested our missing two and the man said we only paid for 2. i tried to pay for two more and gave him $5. when we requested a receipt because he didn’t give us one the first time, it took another employee and 5 minutes to print it. when they finally did, he read it and realized our original receipt had the 4 donuts on it. recognizing his mistake, it’s all cool just give me the $5 back, right? WRONG. he gives me $4.10 in change for the second transaction for something i already paid for!!! my boyfriend parked and i went inside because of course we still didn’t get our two missing donuts. the lady who helped me was very nice, but when i tried to get my remaining .90c she referred me to the second employee from earlier. he repeatedly cut me off when i was trying to explain, and then only gave me .80c back…. 🤦🏻♀️ i cut my losses and left. i would post receipts from both transactions but i left them on the counter when i left.

This location is also a Baskin Robbins which i think is so fun!!! There is a rather large "pot-hole" in the parking lot when you are going to pull out towards the stop light, so watch out for that!
