I asked the worker at the window, “why are the donuts cold?” She said “nothing from her mouth, but she shrugged her shoulders, obviously saying she does not know. After eating 1/4 of the jelly filled sugar donut, I notice mold on it. That’s disgusting. Bad customer service and bad product.

- TJTarean “Tree” JonesDec 30, 20251.0This store is the worse Dunkin I have visited… I live 2 miles from this store and was in my morning route when heading to work… but that quickly changed a few months ago due to so many horrible experiences.. on December 11th my husband stopped by and although I was iffy I still decided to order a bacon egg and cheese croissant and when he got it home the bagel was old and hard, I emailed a complaint… well on today we decided to give it another go out of convenience and today was another let down… food was old and hard, called to complain and the so called manager took the liberty to hang up in my face when I requested her name!

No sense of urgency. No one says hello, 6 employees were standing around talking to each other while customers were waiting. This is the fifth time my order has been wrong. Someone needs to get a decent manager at this location. Other locations have been great.
