  Pizza delivered cold n the ride was 1 mile to my residency and when I called to complain there was no manager on duty when asked to speak to someone in charge they hung up on me , I ordered 2 pizzas!!!!

  Domino's pizza on 13th street is the worst!! I ordered from them last night did not eat my sandwich because I had something else was going to eat it today but when I heated it up to eat i discovered it was loaded with mushrooms! I plainly put NO mushrooms. I called the store talked to the manager she was rude and unprofessional! No apologies at all. Just said I can either come pick up a new sandwich or pay a delivery fee to have it delivered! I said you made the mistake so why should I have to pay for another! delivery fee..I asked for a store credit because I paid in cash and do not have a way to pick it up. She said she can't give me a store credit so I'm calling corporate Monday. This is unacceptable! because I spend a lot of money for food from them and to get treated like I did something wrong!!

  Jaiden doesn’t know how to obviously deliver food adequately. I have cameras at my house and no one showed up. Been waiting on the order for almost 2 hours. I alway order from this location with no issues in the past until tonight. I’m 8 minutes from this location and obviously shouldn’t have taken two phone calls to be told it was delivered when it was not. I expect a full refund and Jaiden needs more training on customer service and learning the area and where to actually deliver people’s food. If confused, call, knowing our number are on the receipts just in case of an issue. Tonight was absolutely ridiculous. And again I got cameras with no one pulling up and coming to my doorstep to deliver anything Jaiden!

  I’m not sure what’s been going on lately, but this Dominos has took a turn for the worst. The last few times I’ve ordered, the pizza has been so greasy and they never used to be greasy at all. The last time I ordered it was so greasy the box was covered and my pizza literally DRIPPED oil droplets when I picked up a slice. I couldn’t even finish eating a slice, my body was screaming for mercy it was making me nauseous. They have also started cheaping out on toppings, there’s one pizza chef who we have never had problems with we *respectfully* call him fat boy and whenever we see he’s in the kitchen we know our pizza is gonna taste amazing; but if it’s not him especially if it’s a female chef they have there, the pizza will barely have toppings and be drenched in oil. Going to have to order from a different Domino’s at this point or just get pizza elsewhere all together.
