  My family had a great time at their early New Year’s Eve party from 4pm-7pm. The kids loved the games, food, and the party favors. I hope they offer this every year—we will definitely be back!

  Just another Augusta GA establishment that is “short handed” charging crazy prices but yet never can have anyone working to get a table in less than 1-1/2 hours with 3 tables sitting with previous customers food for an hour on them. Plan for 2 hours to get a meal if you have more than2 people on your party at this place.

  Our first time here today with our granddaughter and we had a wonderful time! She loved the games and we loved the food! My husband and I both ordered the buffalo wing burger medium rare. It was perfect annnnnd actually seasoned! One of the best burgers we've had out! Kuddos to the chef. And our server (Billy was the name on the receipt) she was super sweet! We're already making plans to come back!

  I came in fully understanding it was Christmas, I was trying to dine in I just wanted to grab a nice bite to eat for my sisters . One had just got off work and I wanted her to have something nice . As we’re walking in we make eye contact with an lady with curly hair behind the bar we sit down because usually bars are first come first serve as a bartender myself I fully understand wanting to be home for the holidays but how we were treated was unfair and unacceptable. No one came to greet us even tho we had mad eye contact with several employees including a manager. We sat there and waited for about 10 to 15 mins mind you there is no one else at the bar nor at the tables we are the only ones sitting down. There was no host , no bartender no server to talk to so we could get an explanation on what’s going on I was thinking maybe their closing soon so that’s the problem. So we’re finally greeted by a man with long hair he takes a drink order apologize for not “seeing” us and then leaves . We never see him again. Someone else comes and takes our food order , and it’s the same lady we made eye contact with previously as we were first walking in . We were going to dine in the energy that was being put off it was almost as if they didn’t want us there, so we decided to take it to go . She taking our order and she starts talking to someone else as were trying to order , even then I still just wanted to get our food . We don’t usually come here and when we have I’ve never had an experience like this we typically like the food . It’s standard restaurant food. But the service was awful I won’t spend another penny in that place . We were planning to tip whatever our bill was to share some holiday cheer but I didn’t even tip because I’ve had bad service but nothing like this .
