I requested a chocolate soft serve in a cup, he stated that they didn't have chocolate soft serve, but suggested that he could mix some hot fudge in the vanilla if I would like to order that. Yes I said... Oh, it was yummy. I also have a friend who is in Hospice Care and I surprised him with some fries (which were freshly cooked they were hot, not something that had under a heat lamp) and hot fudge Sundae with extra hot fudge. Ollie was sympathetic about my friends situation. My friend wasn't sure what sauce he would like with the fries, Ollie said no problem and provided me with one of each of the sauces. When I took my friend the goodies, he was thrilled to see the extra hot fudge on the Sundae and the array of sauce selection provided for his fries. So hats off to Ollie for helping me surprise my friend, along with the tasty treat for my taste buds. Ollie provided me with a very good substitute for the chocolate soft serve. ♡♡♡ Now that's customer care and support for going above and beyond. Thank you Ollie.
