Ordered food noticed it was very HOT not fresh just HOT. 2. Took a bite and everything was HOT, pickles, tomato, onions, Mayo, ketchup etc 3. Drive back to window and explain this is not right the cashier says we heat up the burger after we make them to melt the cheese. (Ummmm what!) This is a health hazard. 4. Cashier pauses I say can you make me a burger without microwaving the veggies. 5. Get new burger everything is cold, bread, veggies 🙌🏽 and meat definitely not cooked fresh 😒 6. Fries COLD 7. I go back and ask for fries and they drop them in the grease acting as if they made a fresh batch. Moral of the story if DQ on Washington rd cannot afford professional staff i.e Manager to ensure the issue is resolved and cooks who KNOW what they are doing and extremely pressed on food cost COOK THE FOOD CORRECTLY the 1st time. I cannot recommend this location to anyone.
