Normally this place is a disaster and I steer clear of it at all cost. I’ve never had a food experience here for many years. However, tonight I decided that my family and I needed something and it needed to be semi cheap and reasonable. Well they have the MVP meal and you get a drink a burger a pie and fry for 6 bucks for a medium size. They weren’t busy. I figured the food would be as it always was in the past and be nasty, cold, not edible. I was very wrong tonight. It was amazing. Partially I think it has to do with the manager on duty. Her name is DeShawn (I believe) sweet woman. Kind, nice, all smiles! She was THE entire experience. She made me feel some type of way and left a wonderful impression on me. This is RARE in any fast food place. I just wanted her to be recognized. She said she had been in management 14 years. I loved her attitude and her efficiency. Everything was top notch and didn’t go unnoticed.

lady at the window was SO sweet and had the best personality. she complimented my car many times and made conversation. she was very kind and a great worker to have. the cook was kind as well and made sure twice everything was in our bag before coming to the window. all staff that worked last night was amazing and that was the best checkers experience i’ve ever had and i go to checkers a LOT!!

This is completely ridiculous, this is the size of a Large milkshake that they charge $5 for. Was told that they decreased the size and increased the price. This is a slap in the face of there customers. This isn't even a medium size cup.

The cashier kept my coin change without asking or notifying me first. When I gave her the correct change and asked for my dollar back, she made excuses as to why she couldn't give it to me.

Driving a big rig and had to make extra effort to leave the line and go around to wait in the line on the other side. This is not good business. The food was overly greasy and the potsticker things were a bad move. Sorry to say, but I'm probably done with Checkers/Rally's altogether.
