  Ordered online yesterday 3/1/26 for pick up & it was 10 mins over pick up time given, still wasn’t ready Food was thrown in bag like trash , subs were rolled up & smused into foil wrapper (they usually have boxes) food comes in . Cheese fries were cold & looked to be slung together. Lemonade was very tart & had a hard after Taste to it. Overall 0/10 service this time , & seemed to be whole new staff

  Went to this place yesterday and the lady at the register was obviously in a bad mood and very short with me. After I placed my order and paid for it she gave me luke warm drink with no ice. I asked her to put ice in it and she told me that their ice machine didn't work. She should've told me that before I paid for my order. I got my sandwich and it was absolutely horrible. I took one bite and threw it away. Do not eat at this place. The food is horrible and the service is just as bad.

  Wow this place is terrible!! No ice for drinks, drinks were HOT and flat, food took nearly a half hour to receive. Don’t come here!

  On Dec. 5, 2025 I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and fries. While I was waiting on my food, one of your employees decided to sit on the counter where the food is made. I paid $14 for my food and ended up eating none of it because that is just disgusting and your employees should know better. Don’t believe I will be eating at your establishment anymore. By the way, this happened at the Augusta Mall.
