  Love this place. From the moment you walk in, you can smell the amazing food being prepared. The food is always excellent, the staff is always kind, and we've always had a good experience here!

  This was honestly the best Italian food I’ve ever had. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan with Alfredo and garlic mashed potatoes, and everything was amazing. The night before, I went to Olive Garden, and it was a complete disappointment. But Carrabba's Italian Grill definitely made up for it. The noodles were perfectly tender, and the chicken tasted homemade — not frozen at all. I would rate them higher than a 10, especially because the customer service was absolutely top notch. If you ever in the Augusta area, please try them. A first time impression is everything.

  Carrabba’s has been a Valentine’s Day tradition for us for years but after this past weekend I think it’s time for a change. The service was amazing considering how busy it was. Michael did an amazing job and the bartender was extremely talented and courteous. But it took over an hour for our main course to be served. When it was finally put in front of us the presentation was horrible. Bare, no seasoning and no sauce. I had to ask for it. The food was flavorless and undercooked. I was extremely disappointed. I’m not ruling out Carrabbas completely but I’m never eating at this one again. It’s seriously a waste of money.

  when we made a reservation and showed up, they still added us to the waitlist and made us wait an hour to an hour and a half after our reservation. our waitress was never at our table. she never gave us answers about some random charges on our check. we had to wait forever to get our check and when we ordered drinks, they were almost undrinkable because they were pretty much straight liquor (i ordered a margarita and my boyfriend ordered an old fashioned).

  The ambience is great, the food is consistently very good, but Carolyn is your shining star and the reason we come back so regularly. She tends the bar and her customers with professionalism but she’s also got the human touch. It’s like eating at your best friend’s house. All the employees are wonderful with great attitudes and that speaks to good management. We’ll continue to make the long drive from Aiken on a regular basis to eat at Carrabba’s and be treated so well by Carolyn and the rest of the team.
