Customer service is usually on point but not today. Today, the employees working there were definitely not trained in good customer service. My fries were just thrown in the bag. Got the wrong sauce and came back for the right one and they were rude and ignored me at the window . I had to knock on the window even though 2 employees were at the window and saw me pull up. One walked away and the other turned her back to me. Then another employee was looking dead at me and I was still ignored. When the lady who had her back turned to me finally opened up the window after i knocked, she gave me a very annoyed look. If they don't want their job, maybe just fire them. Because today was just ridiculous. These fast food restaurants need to get it together with their customer service skills, because they clearly have NONE. And then also as I'm sitting there, I witnessed a man and woman in Bojangles uniforms, man was carrying a box and the woman was beside him. You could tell there was some flirtatious energy and then as they were walking in the building she put her arm in his like they were walking up in the club, not a place of business. I felt like that was very unprofessional, also.

Do better! I ordered spicy biscuit at 8am and the chicken and biscuit were hard and dry. Definitely was old maybe even from the day before.Prices are also incorrect on the drive thru menu. Rude service. Do better!

Sitting in the parking lot now after ordering a #13 with the AI. And I must say that the AI was the most pleasant experience. This is the 2 time in 3 months that the grilled chicken 🍗 sandwich is cold and wasn’t made to order and this will be the last time I eat here at this restaurant. Horrible experience with so many people working. To the owner Sell now and cut ties for if the staff continues this trend the opportunity to sell will not be available.
