  My line saint, her name is angel, took my order and I wasn’t sure if it was going to be good as it was my first time here but I literally started crying tears of happiness, genuine tears fell down my face. It felt like the holy son himself blessed my drink, felt like I became the Virgin Mary and that drink was baby Jesus coming to rescue the broken souls and fix the corruption making us, amen to angel who caused it all with her saintly powers to sprinkle gods love on my drink. Thank you so much angel

  I am a regular and loyal customer of 7 Brew Peach Orchard location and have consistently chosen this location because of the quick service and quality experience I’ve come to expect. Unfortunately, my visit this morning was disappointing. I waited approximately 16 minutes for my coffee, which is unusually long compared to my past experiences. During this time, I observed multiple customers leave the line due to the extended wait, which further reflected the impact of the delay on overall customer satisfaction. While I understand that busy periods can occur, this level of service was unexpected and concerning for a business that prides itself on efficiency and customer care. I value 7 Brew and would like to continue being a loyal customer; however, experiences like this can influence that decision if they become frequent. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and that steps are taken to improve service times moving forward.

  For some reason I never get my free items when promoting deals or special. I visited 7brew brew on two different days at two different locations recently in Augusta Georgia. Both times I did not receive my points for rewards.

  Unfortunately, I was able to hear jokes about making an order for free kids drink(blended water as they kept saying) with the purchase of a medium drink and I expected it just to be crushed ice. Instead I was presented with ice water then I was given just water. Unknowingly to me I didn't know that they didn't have the equipment to make similar to shaved ice or slushies type of ice had I been told that I would have been completely fine with knowing that but instead all I kept hearing was who would make that type of order what do they mean there's no binding agent that doesn't make any sense instead of someone coming out and speaking to me and letting me know until I had to keep asking for people. I finally had someone come to my car window and I told them I was no longer upset about the drink it was fine if it wasn't something they were able to do it was for my special needs child but that was fine I had no problem going somewhere else. I let them know I was more upset about the jokes and letting them know that people in the cars without windows down can hear them when they make jokes or sarcastic remarks about people orders and that's not very professional. And being that it was my first visit I had heard so many good and great things about it that always looked packed but moved swiftly and I wanted to give it a try but after this this is definitely be my first and last visit. Even after being upset I will have to say they were extremely polite whenever they did address you directly

  There are multiple 7 brew in Augusta, but this 7 brew will always be my go to. I have been coming here since they first opened and I have not once had a bad experience here. They have always remade drinks that weren’t right or given drink cards for any inconvenience. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. They always put a smile on my face and are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met.
