  Coming from Buffalo, NY, where wings rule...these wings were exceptional. Lindsey, our waitress, was the best! Great food, clean restaurant and good sports on the big screen. Highly recommended...

  Ordered a Caesar salad that says nothing about being spicy when I got it and tried it I did not like it when I voiced that I did not like it to a manager he asked if I would like something else I fully expected to have to pay for the salad that I took a single bite out of but they added the wings to my ticket as well didnt solve the problem at all when I asked why the wings were on my ticket as I was under the impression they were in replacement of the salad he then says they were not free but did not specify that when he came and spoke to us the first time I would not have asked for the wings if I knew I was going to be paying full price for them I said to the manager that I was tired and just trying to leave I did end up getting the wings taken off my ticket but I still payed for a salad that I didn’t eat a $15 salad worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant

  When we lived in the area before, BDubs used to be our regular spot because of a particular server- Andrew, he was hands down the best server we ever had. Like only eat there in days he was working good! We moved, due to the military life, well here we are, back in the area again. Today was the first time we’ve eaten at BDUBS since we’ve moved back. We were skeptical on what to expect for service, due to how long it’s been. I absolutely love giving praise where praise is due, and making sure great service gets known. Today’s waitress was absolutely AMAZING! She was so friendly and prompt on service and refills without needing to be called over. Her name is Grace Lynn (not sure if it’s one name or two), but she was the sweetest and absolutely wonderful! After chitchatting with her, we found out she’s actually related to Andrew and we loved hearing that- and seeing that they both have great work ethic. Definitely our go-to server now.

  Let me first off start by saying our waitress Bria was AMAZING and knows how to treat her customers and take care of them!!! With that being said, the manager Meredith, could REALLY take lessons and learn from her employees!!! Went there tonight and had an issue with another customer, who came in after we did and was EXTREMELY rude from the start. When we got the manager she told us that there "wasn't anything she could do " and was VERY RUDE to us from the start without even asking first what happened!!! Then they moved us away from the other people (even tho we were fitted first) and she so kindly held the door for us while we took ALL of our food (for 7 people) to the new table ourselves!!! I'm sure they are losing business because the manager is so rude, unprofessional, and definitely doesn't know how to handle situations correctly!!!

  Horrible experience !! If it wasn't for the lovely waitress NYREE i would’ve walked out.. bartender needs to learn how to BARTEND. And learn to have some manners she was SUPER rude and nasty.. The manager was no better ! Just as bad as the bartender. Not helpful .. how are you gonna charge us the GUESTS (paying guests mind you) for a flat prosecco that wasn't even drank. Instead of trying fix it or substitute it for something else she just kept talking in circles.. FOOD was cold , chips were stale . Terrible … never going to any Bdubs thanks to them ..
