  I witnessed a cashier hand a manager coins to open from her hands that been handling money. After manager touched the dirty money go right back to arranging biscuits with the same gloves. I mentioned it and both managers response was insane. Mad at me for pointing out the obvious. Nasty work Bojangles.

  The worst service I've ever received from Bojangles. Ask for a cash refund so I could pay by card, and I was told Bojangles could not do refunds, even though I had not received my order yet. I was basically told that since I paid for it initially it was mine.

  I stopped in the other day, I used their AI ordering system. I was shocked when it read my order back to me as I requested it. I wanted a spicy chicken sandwich plain with an extra filet, and a Mr Pibb no ice. I got my drink(which was correct), I got my bag and moved out of the way. I checked my sandwich and only 1 filet. I went back around, got the same young lady, and I told her my sandwich was wrong. I was told to "move up to the line". I did, and I waited, and waited, and waited. A different lady came out and asked me if I was waiting for the 2 filets? I said I was, she said they'll be up in a few minutes. After several more minutes, here comes my food. The bag had some heft to it, so I moved ahead. I opened the bag....2 chicken biscuits. At that point I just drove off in disgust. I have ordered that same thing at countless other Bojangles without a problem. Try harder folks.
