  Title: Disappointing service and very slow drive-thru, not worth it. Go down a couple hundred more yards and go to Caribou Coffee instead you will be glad you did! We also really enjoy a Starbucks but prefer smaller or local when possible. Review: We gave this 7 Brew location four chances over several weeks, visiting both mornings and afternoons, and had the same poor experience every single time. Because it was multiple visits we felt we gave them the benefit of the doubt and multiple chances. Each visit, we sat there window down, looking at the person waiting, while employees talked among themselves before acknowledging us. Once they did, interactions felt rushed, direct, generally unfriendly; no greeting, no thank you, and no effort to be welcoming interest in being helpful. Huge issue, was the wait time. Every visit was slow. Which doesn't make sense because they have a ton of people working there. One of our visits we waited 20ish minutes for 4 drinks while being the only car there when we pulled up. I originally thought oh this should be quick! I was wrong. It then resulted in us being to be late picking up my daughter despite having 25 mins of extra time built in. While waiting at the window, staff often stood there talking about personal drama or plans, which felt awkward and unprofessional. Even my children separately commented on how unfriendly the staff seemed. The drinks were fine, but plenty of places can make coffee and flavored drinks. Customer service and efficiency matter too, and this location missed badly on both. We’ll continue going down the road to Caribou Coffee, where service has been excellent, it's been delicious , and we feel appreciated as customers. Starbucks is also a much better option nearby. We won’t be returning here.

  The girl who took my order was rude and pushy when asking for a tip. Then I was sipping my coffee and I felt something in my mouth. I pulled it out and it was a white dog hair!! I don't have a dog or cat... I almost puked.

  This location is slow at 0630 in the morning on my way to work, but otherwise i would revisit. Coffee was great.

  This use to be one of my favorite coffee places. Affordable, friendly, quick. As of late this location has severely gone downhill. The past few times I’ve been my service has sucked, I wait forever, and it’s a 50/50 chance my drink is correct. To sit in line and listen to the employees talk about their relationship issues and gossip while people a lining up is crazy to me. My drink was made twice and still wrong. I work in service too and I 100% understand but to blatantly not care is WILD! I’ll give it a few weeks, maybe they can turn it around.

  i love this location i’ve been a regular for over two years now. but i have some advice for either the owners or management. i understand employees come and go and there will be new people but when you have new people on the line they need a little more guidance and experience before fully thrusting them into independently making drinks and sending them out. honestly my drink is a hit or miss half the time. i try not to be the person who comes back for remakes but my drink this past week has not been it. i know with time people get better but if im paying 6+ dollars for a drink i want it to be right. i dont go with the expectation to turn around and come back bc my drink taste bad. i love the workers always friendly and polite. great atmosphere but as i said you can have great people but when quality of the products your selling is obviously slacking it makes people search for a new location and not want to come back. in summary please train people better i know this place makes good sales regardless but the regulars who have been coming since this place opened can notice the change in quality.
