- BBBeautiful3 days ago1.0I placed a order at this location 4/23 by accident online and when I called to cancel the girl kept saying it will be refunded within 5-7 days she did not send no type of email stating I cancelled or anything they clearly be taking people money ! I placed this order online and realized it was the wrong location she was unprofessional then puts me on hold forever never came back to the phone so I called back y’all got the right one because it’s not that deep just refund me my shit!

I came in to pick up an order and was met with very unprofessional and rude behavior from one of your employees. The employee was wearing a bonnet with a Wingstop hat over it and was actively on her cellular device when I approached. When I politely asked for assistance with my order, she responded by saying, “I’m not on the clock, you will have to wait for another employee that’s on the clock.” What made the situation even more frustrating is that my order was visibly sitting right behind her on the shelf, within reach. Despite this, she refused to assist in any way and continued her phone conversation, displaying a dismissive and disrespectful attitude. This is not the first time I have experienced issues with this particular individual, which is why I felt it necessary to bring this to your attention. Customers should not be made to feel ignored or inconvenienced, especially when a simple act of courtesy could resolve the situation. I hope this matter can be addressed appropriately to ensure better customer service moving forward. I would appreciate any follow-up regarding how this issue will be handled.
