    FORMAL BBB & CORPORATE HR ESCALATION COMPLAINT Regarding Wendy’s Store #5965 Date/Time: Approximately 10:25 PM Evidence: Photos available ⸻ NATURE OF COMPLAINT This location is not just underperforming—it is operating in direct violation of Wendy’s standards across the board. What I witnessed creates real concerns for customer health, company liability, and brand reputation. This is not one issue. This is a complete breakdown in food safety, employee behavior, management oversight, and basic operational control. ⸻ MANAGEMENT & COMPLIANCE FAILURE Management is not doing their job. There is no enforcement of policies, no structure, and no accountability. Employees are openly violating rules and nothing is being corrected. No one is being supervised properly, and it shows. The environment feels like there is no leadership present at all. Everything is reactive instead of proactive. The only time anything got fixed was after I pushed for it. If management is hiring people who don’t follow Wendy’s standards, then management itself is failing the company. ⸻ UNIFORM & APPEARANCE VIOLATIONS Employees are not in uniform and are not following basic requirements: • Wearing blue jeans, leggings, and sweater pants • Not wearing required black jeans with belt loops • Wearing improper footwear like boots and Crocs instead of slip-resistant shoes • No hairnets or proper hair restraint while handling food Everyone who works there agreed to these standards when they got hired. If they are not going to follow them, they should not be working there. ⸻ FOOD SAFETY VIOLATIONS This is the most serious issue. • Employees handling food with no gloves • No time labels on food at all • Food being served cold • Grease not being properly changed or maintained This is dangerous. This kind of negligence can cause food poisoning. People are paying for fresh, hot, safe food. Not food that has been sitting, mishandled, or prepared without basic safety standards. Wendy’s requires food safety certification, but this store is operating like none of that matters. ⸻ THEFT & INTERNAL CONTROL FAILURE I witnessed a man walk in, order food, and not pay. The employee at the second drive-thru window, a woman with braids, knowingly gave him free food. Management did nothing. This is not just bad service. This is employee misconduct and a complete lack of control inside the store. ⸻ PAYMENT NEGLIGENCE I used my husband’s credit card and no one questioned it or asked for any form of verification. That means anyone could use a stolen card at this location and get away with it. That is a serious issue. ⸻ SERVICE & OPERATIONAL FAILURE The staff came off untrained, disengaged, and careless. I asked for my order to be corrected and was ignored at first. The manager only fixed it after I kept pushing. That is not how service should work. It should not take escalation to get something handled correctly. ⸻ FALSE COMPLIANCE This store clearly only follows rules when it is time for inspections or when the health department shows up. Then it becomes “lights, camera, action.” That is not real compliance. That is putting on a show. ⸻ INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE I have worked for Wendy’s on both the corporate and franchise side, so I know exactly what is expected. This store is far out of compliance and not representing the brand at all. ⸻ REQUIRED ACTION This needs immediate attention. • Review camera footage around 10:25 PM • Investigate employee misconduct and management failure • Enforce uniform, food safety, and operational policies • Retrain staff from the ground up • Demote or remove anyone not meeting standards • Put real accountability in place If employees are not going to follow the rules, policies, and standards they agreed to, then they should not be in those positions. ⸻ FINAL STATEMENT This is not a small issue. This is a full operational failure involving safety, negligence, and lack of leadership. This location needs immediate intervention before someone gets sick or something more serious happens.

    Warning to Uber drivers: Please be careful when picking up orders from this location. There is a scam happening where someone asks drivers to call a phone number because the customer claims they never received their order. When you call the number, they try to trick you and ask for money. Do NOT call that number and do NOT send any money. It appears to be a hacking/scam attempt targeting Uber drivers. Uber drivers should only communicate through the Uber app and never send money to anyone. Stay safe. 💔

    Right next to QT and dont open doors till 9am cant drive a 53' in drive thru, no matter what truckers cant catch a break

    When I went there the person taking care of you can't even talk properly then I was handed a soda full of soda all over the cup not even close then the food all looked like it was old sitting out and overcooked will not be going back horrible Wendy's.
