  I’m giving this restaurant three stars because, despite the ongoing issues, the customer service is consistently better than expected for the area. Every time I visit, the staff is friendly and helpful, and my food is always served at the right temperature and looks appealing, as appealing can be for fast food. However, the inventory management is a major problem. They are always out of something, and the substitutions offered never really match what was originally ordered. Whoever oversees inventory truly needs to be replaced or retrained, because it’s a constant issue. I’ve never visited in the morning, but the night shift is usually great. On this particular night, the assistant manager, who mentioned she’d only been there about three weeks, was very pleasant, and the woman working the back counter was also extremely kind and accommodating. I can’t say I won’t return, because it’s one of the only late‑night options available, but I really hope management gets the inventory situation under control.

  I was greeted warmly and thanked for my patronage. The fries were served hot and the double Baconator was delicious.
