This was one of the worst drive-thru experiences I’ve ever had. The employee was extremely rude, unprofessional, and clearly had a bad attitude for absolutely no reason. On top of that, the behavior came across as discriminatory and racist, which is completely unacceptable in any customer service setting. I was spoken to disrespectfully and made to feel unwelcome for no reason at all. Management really needs to take a serious look at who they are putting in front of customers, because this kind of service is damaging to the business. I will not be returning.
My recent visit to Wendy’s was, frankly, well below expectations—both in execution and basic standards.
Despite only a handful of customers ahead of me, it took roughly 15 minutes to place an order and an additional 25 minutes for the food to arrive. This level of delay is difficult to justify, particularly given what appeared to be a fully staffed operation.
More concerning, however, was the condition of the restaurant itself. There was visible dirt on the floors, noticeable grime on the windows, and buildup around the salt and condiment stations—areas that should be routinely maintained. The soda fountain was also poorly stocked, and essentials like salt and pepper packets were unavailable, which further reflected a lack of attention to detail.
When the food finally arrived, it did little to redeem the experience. The burger was significantly overcooked—dry, tough, and lacking the quality one would reasonably expect.
At its core, this visit highlighted issues in cleanliness, operational efficiency, and food preparation. I share this not out of frustration alone, but in the hope that management takes meaningful steps to bring this location back in line with the standards typically associated with the brand.

2nd Shift Manager, Beautiful Queen with the blowout gave really good customer and her crew. I eat at this Wendy’s location occasionally.

Manager is 12 years old and has the worst attitude and no professional experience and absolutely no management skills. The stars are not aligned here the food is just like the manager and staff…. Horrible shut it down immediately 🙌🏽 a waste of time and your hard earned money! To have a little girl as a manager and and old lady as the staff is not even funny it’s alarming! After three attempts I’m never returning here again! Food tasted old and the fries were horrible hard and greasy
