  I traveled there to spend a few days on business. I visited the drive-thru at night and experienced extremely poor service. You can end up waiting for hours, stuck in line with DoorDash and Uber Eats drivers. Moreover, it is highly disrespectful to both delivery drivers and customers to have everyone waiting in the same line.

  I would dare say the most awful Wendy’s I have visited. Employees are very rude. After inquiring *THREE* times about my DoorDash order, and asking the employees behind the counter why they’re sitting on their phones with a lobby full of people, the manager told me I wouldn’t be getting anything. On top of that, handling phones and handling customers food? Disgusting. Awful service. I asked for the managers name, I was also told I wouldn’t be getting that either. However, I did catch the name of the employee working the register. Her name was Aliscia. Very rude as well. It’s a shame that type of attitude and work ethic is allowed on the frontlines of this establishment.

  Terrible placed my order online and hr before close and they refused to give me my paid for food. Would give 0 stars if could. Night shift is very rude and needs proper training

  Worst Wendy's ever ppl are walking out every time I come to this location they need to hire more ppl or teach the employees how to be respectful

  I came on a great day , was looking for food at an establishment that I go to. I get to the counter and ask a question that I am unclear about saying “ Can I scan my points before or after I say my order” the cashier says “after” and I go ahead with my order. The cashier leaves after I placed my order to do something else in the front and does not tell me where to scan. I ask again where can I scan for my points in the app and she come back with a statement that had some attitude behind it. “What are you scanning, why are you scanning? “ I am highly displeased by the action that was upon me!
