  Typical Wendy's food and overpriced since it's in the airport. The service here, however, is TERRIBLE. I hate to even give it a 1. I'd give a negative 10 if I could. The females working the cash registers all have the absolute worst attitudes. They move like sloths, dragging their feet with heavy sighs. The eye rolling is on point though 🙄. They have mastered that. They all act like they want to be ANYWHERE besides at their job. My order, along with others around me, was not correct. No surprise there. They hear you, they just don't care enough to get it right nor do they correct it. You get whatever they feel like giving you which is nothing. There was only one male that had any people skills at all and was willing to help the customers. Wendy's should have some concern over who they hire. Clearly, that is not the case in this particular establishment. Dining area is nice but this has nothing to do with Wendy's. It's big and open with plenty of seating for everyone due to the surrounding restaurants, of which, you'd be better off dining at than "Attitudes R Us" over there.

  Despite asking for fresh food. My families was stale cold and unappetizing. The workers had attitudes of my request and threatened to throw another woman’s food away

  For one it looks disgusting. Everything looks gross and dirty and rarely cleaned. I saw the lady packaging and passing customers their food while hiding a phone in a ketchup box. The worst part was she was packaging food with the gloved hands that were touching her phone. Disgusting. I went somewhere else.

  Great experience at Wendy’s. Keenan and Nijan were professional, friendly, and efficient even during a busy time. Their positive attitude and teamwork really stood out—excellent customer service!

  Elizabeth J has the absolute worst attitude That I’ve experienced from someone working in customer service/fast food. She frowned upon you walking, was very rude in her responses, and almost throws the money at you when handing it back. Everyone in line has the same opinion listening to other vent about her. Please reconsider having more respectful people at the face of your business especially in a high traffic area like ATL airport
