  Waited 4EVA for my order. Actually left and went grocery shopping next door at Kroger. Came back and still had to wait. They missed up someone's order and had to redo. Their was only myself, and three other people. Two were together and they were there when I arrived. Cash only and costly. Food was mid😕. Had better at American Deli...which was next door!!!

  I’ve been trying to try this place for I don’t know how long. Finally able to come down and try it. I tried the honey garlic chicken cheese and it was different but tasty 😋 ! It was so good! Used to work in a Philly’s restaurant and both boss were from there so I know the difference and I’ve tried a couple of cheesesteak places down here and they have not come close to this authentic! All I need them to do is make a trip to Cobb County and I can have them again 😁 Definitely coming back in the future! Best Cheesesteak place I’ve had in a long time

  I’m from Chicago and we love Philly’s! Baba’s always had the best, but when I heard that it was a spot with the owners actually being from where they originated, I got excited. These are literally the BEST Philly’s I’ve ever had. I won’t even order none anywhere else now🤣 it’s full of flavor and so worth the price. Customer service is also, always a 10/10! If I didn’t cook a lot, I would go here at least once a week!

  Went in because I had some time to spare, and no one was waiting! Thinking I'm about to enjoy this goodness I keep hearing about. Boy was I wrong! I ordered with the young lady at the register, no kiosk order. I specifically said no mayo everything such as cheese and onions were fine and wanted to add mushrooms. As I was waiting for my order, I looked at my receipt only to notice it said mushrooms. Therefore just to confirm, I asked the nice gentlemen if that meant mushrooms only on the sandwich since I said NO mayo will the rest be on there. He wanted to explain to how it works when you order on the Kiosk, which was good to know if I'd return in the future. I acknowledged his generosity for showing me but I also stated that I didn't order from there but with the young lady at the register. He then said he was just showing me but then assured everything except for Mayo would be on there. Low and behold I did not check before leaving because I had my mind set on knowing that everything would be on my sandwich as he just stated. I was the only sandwich he was completing and rolling up because he passed be the bag. Well upon arriving back to my destination, I sat down and preparing to enjoy this amazing Uncle Phil's honey garlic chicken CHEESE sandwich, I'd being hearing about, so delicious and to only be disappointed because there wasn't ANY cheese in sight!!! I'm too done, WHAT IS A PHILLY CHEESE anything without the cheese!!!??? This is a big pet peeve of mine, after going into establishments for food and 1. your order isn't repeated back to you and 2. you ask a specific question about an item and you get an answer about something you did not ask about. Although, again the young man did take an initiative to explain how the ordering works BUT not what I asked. We have to understand that customer service is also being more attentive to our patrons and acknowledge that we are providing exactly what it is they are asking for. I completely understand mistakes happens but this here could have simply been avoided because the store wasn't busy. Food is too expensive and I will buy and continue to buy if its worth the taste, value, and CS. At this point I ate half of a what tasted like a pulled chicken barbecue sandwich. I tried it, now I can only say "Oh yeah I've had Uncle Phil's"! 😫😫

  I’m from North Philly (born and raised). I’ve been living in Georgia since 1992 and NO OTHER place here sells cheesesteaks that comes even close to tasting like back home. The meat is so flavorful and is never too salty! Some of the other cheesesteak places here are a little too heavy handed with the seasoning. Plus they have Cooper Sharp cheese!!! Which only one other place I know of in GA has. AND they got the Amoroso roll (iykyk). And the new menu item the burger is a solid 8/10. Be sure to get you some Water Ice (cause who doesn’t want sumn sweet after a meal 😋). In Philly we call it Wooder Ice and it’s the best thing on a hot day. Sweet thick and smooth the way it should be ❤️ Sorry no photo to post cause that food barely made it home 🤣
