  Elizabeth and Alani are the best :) There hasn’t been a time I have gone in and didn’t get the best greeting and most positive experience with my order. Flavorful smoothies and always left with a smile!

  I love this location!!! They're awesome with customer service and handling our orders quickly! I have been going here over 3 years and they remember my order every single time!! Thank yall so much!

  Came to this location and was very disappointed Bree took my order and I explained to her that I was missing something that was apart of my order instead of taking accountability she ignored me and didn’t even try to fix the situation just gave me attitude will not be coming back!

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Tropical Smoothie Cafe location. Tropical smoothie at the town, Brookhaven, Georgia.I visit this store often, so this situation was very surprising and upsetting to me. When I came into the store, I asked the manager for help regarding a promotion that Tropical Smoothie Cafe is currently advertising. She immediately told me she did not know anything about the promotion and mentioned that it came from a third party. She also said that I would probably need to order online to receive the promotion and that she was not sure if it could be used inside the store. As the manager, I would expect her to be familiar with the promotions that are being advertised by the company and to be able to assist customers with basic questions. The biggest issue was the way she treated me. She began speaking to me in a loud and rude tone in front of other customers and her own employees, which made the situation very uncomfortable and disrespectful. When I politely asked for her name and the store number so I could follow up with corporate, she refused to provide either and rudely said that she would “take care of that.” Because of how I was treated, I ended up leaving the store without making the purchase I originally came in for. This is the first time I have experienced something like this at this location, especially since I am a regular customer.
