  Came in and stood in line for 20 min while they cleaned and restocked. Poor poor customer service. By the time they started helping people there were 15 people in line. At one point they were in the back eating chips.

  I had to leave because it was taking so long. There was about 8 or so people in front of me, so I figured it would be a bit of a wait, but I didn’t expect 30 minutes to go by without a SINGLE person getting their order taken. By the time we left, none of the people in front of us had even had their order taken, let alone been served. But the precious door dashers got their order right away. The workers were incredibly incompetent. They all looked like there were twiddling their thumbs, some on their phones, walking around aimlessly, while not a single customer was getting helped. There was clearly no direction, leadership, or brain cells among them. Nobody was doing register, so I emphasize again, out of the eight people waiting, nobody was helped for 30 minutes. When a customer asked what was taking so long, a worker goes “just a busy day.” Mind you, nobody had came in. The same people were waiting. Eventually, we got up and left because it was so ridiculous. I’ve never experienced this at any other Trop, and I usually don’t write reviews, but I had to get my frustration out some how. I feel better. 😌 but someone needs to fix this location stat. Went to Taco Bell after. Much better customer service :) I

  I am so dusgusted. I ordered from this location through DoorDash and found a piece of rubber inside my wrap. I have photos documenting the object. This happened on 4/24 While DoorDash resolved the missing item (a smoothie), my concern is the foreign object in the food, which is a food safety issue related to preparation—not delivery. I contacted the restaurant directly and did not receive a meaningful response addressing the contamination concern. This raises serious concerns about food handling practices at this location. It appears to be a hard piece of plastic/ rubber. I hope management reviews this and takes appropriate steps to ensure this does not happen to another customer.

  My protein bowl was just okay. It was made quite sloppy. The yogurt was all up around the sides of the bowl and it really looks nothing it was pictured. I get the bowls all the time they are usually perfect. Of course this is the first time I've gone to this location. I don't want my food just thrown together

  I recently visited Tropical Smoothie Cafe and had a great experience overall. The atmosphere was clean, vibrant, and welcoming, which made it a nice place to relax and enjoy a quick meal. The staff were friendly and efficient, and my order was prepared quickly without any issues. The smoothie was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly blended—not too sweet, just right. I also tried one of their wraps, which was delicious and filling with fresh ingredients. I also tried acia bowl and it was delicious too. It’s a great spot if you’re looking for something healthier without compromising on taste. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Tropical Smoothie Cafe for anyone craving refreshing drinks and light, tasty food. I’ll be coming back to try more items from their menu!
