We went to Topgolf yesterday to celebrate my birthday and my nephew’s birthday, and we had a great time with family. Unfortunately, the service wasn’t the best. Our waitress forgot our refill requests twice, even after we reminded her, and she only checked on us about three times over 2.5 hours. She also seemed to have an attitude when we asked for a refill.

Very disappointed in our experience. I have visited Top Golf in other locations various times and have always had an exceptional experience. When we first arrived, before inputting our player names I informed the waitress we needed left-handed clubs. After asking the second time I was told that is was very busy and that they would bring them once they were available. My family began playing, and soon enough everyone had played multiple times and still I had no left handed clubs to play. (With our time running). Although I was upset I didn’t say anything else and did my best to play with right handed clubs to not disappoint everyone in my group. It gets better. Our waitress comes to our table and tells us that if the table next to us gets people sat there, we would need to return the chairs we took from it. WE NEVER TOOK CHAIRS FROM ANOTHER TABLE. In fact when we arrived I had asked for an additional chair and was told we would only get 6 and that is was a very busy night. Which I completely understood since it’s supposed to be 6 players per bay. (We had 6 chairs upon her accusation). I finally got the clubs. It still gets better. The food comes out and I ask for some napkins. I am told that they only give cloth napkins, there’s no regular napkins. Much later I ask for some small plates and spoons to cut my husbands birthday cake and am told “ we don’t have spoons, but I can get you plates. Don’t you guys still have the silverware you were given?” I suppose we should use the same silverware we used to eat our regular food that was dirty. Which most was taken with our dirty plates when they picked up the table. The fact that there were no spoons did not upset me. It’s her nasty attitude that ruins an experience. The waitress must not have liked me or was having a bad day. Not once did I give her an attitude or get sassy with her. Really disappointing. We drove an hour to visit this location. First and last time we visit here.

Topgolf Midtown really dropped the ball tonight. Their website clearly says you can walk in anytime, but when we arrived we were turned away because the entire location had been bought out for a private event. If the venue is closed to the public for the day, that needs to be clearly posted online. Showing up expecting normal hours and then being denied entry is frustrating and feels misleading.
We had planned our evening around coming here and had to scramble to find something else to do at the last minute. A simple notice on the website would have prevented this.
Topgolf Midtown — please update your site when you’re closed for private events so customers don’t waste their time driving out. 👎🎯

We’ve been to a number of Topgolf locations, but ATL Midtown was the worst service and food ever. We’d been there 30+ minutes before the server arrived. We ordered food and pitchers. The beer was warm snd it was gone before the food showed up 20+ minutes later. It’s likely it had all been sitting under the warmer while the server took a break because the nachos were soggy, the pretzel bites were hard, and the veggies on the Mediterranean platter were wilted. It’s true folks don’t come for the food but poor service and soggy wilted food detracts from the experience. Next time we’ll chose pickleball or bowling for our outing instead of Topgolf

I recently visited Topgolf Atlanta Midtown for a work team-building event, and it was a great experience from start to finish!
The venue has such a fun, high-energy atmosphere that makes it perfect for group outings. Whether you’re actually good at golf or just there for the laughs (like a few of us!), the games are interactive and easy for everyone to enjoy. It really helped break the ice and brought the team together in a relaxed way.
The service was solid, and the staff kept everything running smoothly for our group. Food and drinks were also a plus. There were plenty of options, and everything we ordered came out fresh and timely, which is impressive with a larger group.
Overall, Topgolf Midtown is a great choice for team-building events, celebrations, or just a fun night out. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking to mix a little friendly competition with good vibes!
