  The boba in my Thai tea was not cooked properly and the Thai tea itself was very watery

  They forgot my crab roll and gas is too expensive to go back to make them cook it up and give it to me so you get this review instead. Sucks to be you but unfortunately your employees can't count to two on how many items are on the receipt.

  I have gone to Tin Drum in Kennesaw before and usually love it but this location is not good. My sister ordered a Cauliflower with Japanese Teriyaki fried rice and it does not taste good. I couldn’t eat the boba in my brown sugar boba because it was all sticking together. And the cashier does not have good customer service at all. I do not recommend this location to anyone. They employees seemed to be in rush to get that food out, rather than making sure the food was made properly, and our food reflected this. Edit: The menu has outdated prices as well. It os more expensive when you actually purchase the food

  I love the food at this restaurant but the service I received today was so horrific. The cashier Boni was extremely rude & off putting. I called earlier in the day to place an order and when asking about substitutions and additions he kept emphasizing an up charge. I let him know on multiple occasions that I was not worried about an up charge for any of the items that I was requesting. He continuously made sure to highlight that any additions would be an extra charge which I felt like was very antagonizing And condescending. A few hours later, I walked into the restaurant to place an in person order and after waiting for 15 minutes for my food I left for 5 minutes & returned. Upon my return, I asked the cashier if my food was ready. He said no I emphasize that it had already been 20 minutes since I placed my order and if he had a ETA for when my food would be finished. after that everything just got totally disrespectful And condescending and antagonizing and it was a very horrible experience for me. It is very disheartening that someone is taking out their terrible day on the people that they serve. I would definitely recommend eating at this establishment as the food is delicious. However, you are better off ordering to avoid having to deal with employees that do not like being at their job.
