It’s a beautiful venue but it took 10 minutes for the bartender to ask if I needed anything. There were people to my left and right, who came after me, but were served first. It took the person to the left of me to speak up for me smh.

One of those places you go for the ambience not really for the food. The interior is stunning, straight out of a storybook. It's located in the St. Regis so its upscale fine dining. My mom and I weren't that hungry so we ordered two appetizers, the lobster roll and baby back ribs and an entree the truffle pillows. The portions are smaller, but it was the right amount of food for the two of us. I feel like the waitress was judging us because we didn't order much and that put me off - we deserve the same amount of attention regardless of how much we spent. The food was good but not amazing where it justifies the price. Definitely can get better food that costs a lot less.

We were the forgotten birthday table. SMH
I was trying to make this a special occasion for my daughter and saving up my money for this place. We will never come back.
Our reservation was for 3 pm and the kitchen closes at 3:30 pm. Say no more. The food was delivered cold and totally overpriced. Cocktails and mocktails are overpriced as well. Service was slow and not friendly at all. We felt totally rushed and forgotten. They called me and gave me all these rules but no one let me know that the kitchen closes at 3:30 PM. Valet was unfriendly and a nightmare. This place is not worth it.The decor is beautiful and the lounge music was great.
We Felt totally unwelcome and there was no teamwork no manager no hospitality and nothing was cohesive. It just looks good in pictures. No thank you.
And for our server to add automatically 20% as a tip is pretty bold and disrespectful. Because this was not 20% worth Service ever.

They refused to seat us because I had a matching athletic set on (presentable, mind you, not appearing, worked out) (it was also hot out and 1pm), but allowed gentlemen to sit at the bar in tank tops and shorts, which are also not in compliance with their dress code. So I'm a little confused, was it us or the dress code?

I chose this restaurant to celebrate my birthday after trying to get a reservation here for the past four years. This time, I planned ahead and was finally able to make it happen, which made the experience feel even more special going in.
The hostess was incredibly accommodating when I mentioned needing back support instead of a stool, and most of the staff I interacted with were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The food was also great and lived up to the expectations I had built over the years.
Unfortunately, our server significantly impacted the experience. She came to our table only a handful of times, while I observed her being much more attentive to other tables. At the beginning of the meal, I asked if anything was done for birthdays and she indicated yes, but nothing was ever acknowledged. When it came time to pay, I had to ask another staff member to find her so we could get our check.
For the amount spent and the occasion, I expected a much higher level of service. Instead, I felt overlooked and disappointed, which took away from what was supposed to be a meaningful celebration. Having grown up in the restaurant industry, I understand how busy it can get, but this felt like more than that.
It’s unfortunate because the food and the rest of the staff were great, but the service we received from our server really dimmed what should have been a special night.
